Northampton, October 26. On Thursday the 17th instant Mr.
William Kendal, son and heir of Colonel Custis Kendal, of
this county, was married to Miss Nancy Parsons, a young lady
no less distinguished for her good sense, sprightly wit,
engaging assembly, and unaffected politeness, than the
exquisite symmetry of her features, and gracefulness of her
whole person.
If, dearest fair, each grace of mind,
With every outward charm combin'd,
Can happy make the marriage state,
Thy bliss must be secure as fate.
